Vince Delmonte: How He Got Where He Is

Tuesday, July 19th, 2011

Vince Delmonte, who had become known as “Skinny Vinny,” is now a leading fitness expert for building muscles. His no nonsense muscle building fitness program has helped hundreds of skinny men build a body they can be proud of, which started out in 2006. He is now teaching others how he was able to add 20 pounds of pure muscle in just under a month, all without the use of any steroids or overly priced supplements.

The main reason he undertook his transformation was from a lack of self-worth. He was tired of being one of the unseen skinny people and his normal fitness routine just was not cutting it. With the help from his mentor, he learned several tricks that really worked. And now he has the confidence and body he has always wanted. He is no longer worried about taking his shirt off at the beach and he is in the best shape of his life.

He was able to learn what really works in regards to building muscle and how to apply those tricks to any and every workout routine. The biggest thing he learned was that over-working your muscles has the opposite effect. Instead of building mass, it is more likely that the muscles will become static, meaning they will not get bigger with the same workout. With this new knowledge he was able to lose the skinny guy and welcome the built man.

Now he is a renowned fitness expert and his books have sold over 30,000 copies. He broke into fitness modeling in 2005 and placed 3rd during the World Fitness Model Championships in 2008. He actively participates on his own site’s forums as well as writes regularly for both Men’s Fitness Magazine and Maximum Fitness Magazine.

He remembers what it was like to stand out in a crowd, or more aptly, blend in to the point of being invisible. He understands from personal experience the pain that being too skinny can cause. Because of this he wants to share his knowledge with everyone so they too can be free of the embarrassment and pain being overly skinny can cause. All they have to do is follow his advice and watch the muscles grow. Best of all this program works for men and women alike.

His program is pretty straight forward, though it takes quite a bit of dedication. It is not just about building muscles, it is about whole life change. In order to build the muscles, you will need to change your way of thinking about working out and eating. Plus, muscle mass needs to be maintained after you get the results you want, thus this is a long term commitment and not a get fit quick scheme.
